GREEN CAVE
Green Cave is another well-preserved natural heritage on the island of Vis. It is located on the southern side of the island, more precisely on Ravnik. It got its name from the light that is reflected from the bottom of the cave, which is covered with green amalgam, creating the impression of green light that, depending on the position of the sun, move across the surface of the sea. This cave is also under concession so to visit it by boat or swim inside you will need to buy a ticket which price is now more than €10 per person in the season. If you’re wondering if it’s worth it?, it is, but plan it as a part of a day trip so you can see a lot more of what this island has to offer.
