Town of Vis
Meeting point is at Paiz office, located in the ferry port in Vis. If we agree differently we can come and pick you up on suggested place. The guide will introduce you with the tour plan and then you can start your tour.

Fort George
Our first stop on the tour is the cornerstone of the British fortification system - fort George III., built in 1813. Here we'll talk about British plans for the island, lasting legacy they left behind, as well as the Battle of Lissa in 1866 in which the British forts proved their worth. From here we'll have a great look on Parja bay and so-called „submarine tunnel Lobster“ .

Allied Airfield
Next we'll stop at the sightseeing point Križ, where we'll have an excellent view of Plisko poje and the former allied airfield, and we'll talk about British soldiers that were on the island of Vis and their experiences.

Wine tasting - Plisko Polje
Local household, situated in Plisko polje, is a rustic place near former allied airfield. Tradition of wine making is strong run family business, today they combined it with the high standard of the modern very new vinery. Also all their wines are certified organic wines. The guests will taste 4 varieties of local wines Rukatac, Vugava, Rose and Plavac mali.

Mt. Hum
Our next stop is the highest point of the island - Mt. Hum, from the height of 587m we'll enjoy the stunning views of Komiža, Biševo, Svetac and other islets like Brusnik and Jabuka. If we are lucky and the visibility is good, the view will reach Italy.
From mountain Hum we'll drive down to Komiža.

Komiža Town
Komiža is a small fishing town located at the foot of the Mt. Hum with an unique and laid back lifestyle. It preserved it’s small town spirit and its interesting history is what makes it so attractive. Our professional guide is here to tell you all these interesting stories and show you the sites.
This will be our last stop. After this walk we heading back to Vis town.
