Free public parking is available 10 minutes walk and commercial paid parking is in the port 2 minutes away. The house consists of three apartments and all of the apartments are newly renovated in 2023 and air-conditioned.

Apartment consists of one room with a kitchen (kettle, microwave oven, fridge, induction stove and dishes), dining table for four, sofa for two, bedroom for two with a closet and a bathroom with an XXL shower.
Towels, hair dryer and bed linen are available in the apartment, as well as free toiletries.
